Join us for Morgan’s yearly tradition. Walk up and down the business district of State Street and Commercial Street in Morgan to fill the kiddos bags to the brim with treats, and Halloween goodies. Wear your costumes and be ready to walk a good distance. 4-6pm on Halloween night!
