Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Go Do - Live Life, LLC (“Go Do,” “we,” “us”) and govern your use of the Go Do app and website at go-do.live, including the Business portal, the Partners portal, our data feed and our connections for AI assistants (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Who can use Go Do

You must be at least 13 years old to use Go Do. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms. You must give accurate information when you sign up, and you may not use the Service if we have previously removed you from it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your password and passkeys secure, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You may not sell, transfer or share your account.

3. Listings and third-party services

Go Do gathers events and activities from public sources, partners and members. We work to keep listings accurate, but dates, times, prices, availability and other details can change or be wrong, so please confirm with the organizer before you go. Go Do does not organize, host, sell tickets to or guarantee any event, activity or venue listed.

Links to tickets, rides, restaurants, places to stay, maps and other outside services are provided for convenience. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and Go Do is not responsible for them. Go Do may earn a commission from some of them.

You attend events and take part in activities at your own risk. Use good judgment, especially when meeting people you know only through the Service.

4. Your content

You own the posts, photos, messages, reviews, events and other content you add to Go Do (“Your Content”). By adding it, you give Go Do a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, adapt (for example, resizing photos) and distribute Your Content to operate, promote and improve the Service, according to the privacy settings you choose. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except where it has been shared with others and they have not deleted it, or where we must keep it by law.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you add and that it follows these Terms.

5. Community rules

When you use Go Do, you agree not to:

• Post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent or misleading, or that violates someone else’s privacy or rights (including copyright and trademark).
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are or who you work for.
• Post fake events, spam, scams, or advertising outside our Advertiser portal.
• Harass, bully or stalk other members, or contact people who have blocked you.
• Scrape, copy or collect data from the Service by automated means, except through the partner feed or assistant connections we provide and within their limits.
• Interfere with the Service, try to get around its security, or access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may review, remove or limit any content, and suspend or close any account, that we believe breaks these Terms or puts members or Go Do at risk. You can report content or members from within the app.

6. Advertisers

If you advertise on Go Do, you are responsible for your ads and confirm that they are accurate, lawful and that you have the rights to everything in them. All businesses and campaigns are reviewed, and we may reject, pause or remove any ad at our discretion. Ads are always labeled “Sponsored.” You may only sponsor events and activities that are yours or that take place at a venue we have verified as yours; when you claim a listing or venue, you confirm the claim is true, and we may withdraw a verification and stop any sponsorship at any time. Reports we provide are estimates based on our records. If paid advertising is introduced, the prices and payment terms will be shown to you before you are charged.

7. Data feed partners

If you send us events as a partner, you confirm you are allowed to publish them and give Go Do the license described in section 4 to show them in the Service and in results given to AI assistants. You are responsible for keeping your feed keys secret and your events accurate. We may review, edit for formatting, decline or remove any event, and we may pause a partner account at any time.

8. AI assistants and developer access

If you connect an AI assistant or use a connection key, you are responsible for what it does with your account within the permissions you gave it. Keep keys secret. We may limit, change or turn off assistant access, the partner feed or any developer access at any time, and may set rate limits.

9. Go Do’s rights

The Service, including its software, design, logos, the Go Do name and the way listings are compiled and presented, belongs to Go Do - Live Life, LLC and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the right to use the Service as these Terms allow, no rights are given to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

10. Using Go Do’s listings and data

Go Do’s collection of events, activities, restaurants and places to stay — how it is found, checked, organized and kept up to date — is the result of a lot of work and belongs to Go Do - Live Life, LLC.

You’re welcome to:

• Look up, read and share individual listings for your own personal use.
• Link to any page on go-do.live.
• Use a search engine, an answer engine or an AI assistant to find and read Go Do pages for you.
• Index Go Do’s public pages if you run a search engine or answer engine, following our robots.txt.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Copy listings in bulk by automated means — scraping, crawling, scripts, repeated requests to our pages or data files, the assistant connections, or any other way.
• Use Go Do’s listings to build, fill or improve another directory, calendar, app, website or dataset, or republish, sell or license them.
• Get around robots.txt, rate limits, request caps or other limits on automated access.

Go Do’s listings include marker listings that let us recognize copies of our data wherever they turn up. If you’d like to use Go Do’s listings in your own product, ask us about a data license at the address in section 19.

11. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on Go Do infringes your copyright, contact us with a description of the work, where it appears on Go Do, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. We will respond to valid notices and may remove the material.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using Go Do and delete your account at any time from Settings › Delete My Account. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should continue (including 4, 9 and 12–15) continue after your account ends.

13. Disclaimers

The Service and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Go Do does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any listing is accurate or complete.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Do - Live Life, LLC and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, any listing, any event or activity, or the conduct of any member or third party. Go Do’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Go Do in the 12 months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Go Do - Live Life, LLC and its owners and employees from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Your Content, your ads or partner events, your use of the Service, or your breaking these Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you and Go Do consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and let you know in the app if the changes are significant. If you keep using Go Do after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.

18. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Go Do about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a part of these Terms is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
