Understand anatomy, body changes, personal safety, body autonomy, and the basics of sexual health in an age-appropriate, respectful environment. We offer FREE classes for teens with intellectual and/or developmental disabilties (I/DD), each covering key topics in healthy relationships, personal safety, communication, and sexuality. Teens may attend any class, though we recommend the full series for comprehensive sexual education. Each session builds skills in knowledge, confiedence, and self-advocacy.
