The Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake invites community members to join Strength Sunrise Training, a weekly morning fitness session focused on building strength, wellness, and connection. Tuesdays | 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake 120 West 1300 South This class welcomes participants of all fitness levels and provides a supportive space to start the day with movement and community.
