In The Steps of Our Ancestors

is a space for our whole community. Elders, adults, youth, and children are all welcome. No experience is needed. You can walk, jog, or simply come to be in community. Our ancestors moved with strength and purpose. When we gather to move today, we honor that history while caring for our bodies and our families. Staying active supports heart health, clears the mind, and helps us stay strong for the people who rely on us. This group is not about speed or competition. It is about showing up, supporting one another, and building healthy habits
