The Youth Sports Alliance is excited to offer this Think Globally, Eat Locally cooking program at Rocky Mountain Middle School with Summit Community Gardens/EATS. Dates: Mondays, Oct 26, Nov 2, 9, 16 Time: 1:30-3:00pm Location: Rocky Mountain Middle School Summit Community Gardens/EATS fosters learning to eat nutritious foods through teaching cooking skills and expanding palates. In this series of four classes, expect to cook delicious food while learning knife skills, how to read a recipe, measuring techniques, and how to artfully flavor the dishes you create. NEW!
