A 1.5 hour class of gentle movement that delves into the subtlety of held tension and unconscious patterns that we have created in the body through our fast-paced, over-stimulated, modern lifestyles. The goal is to become aware of and friendly to these patterns so that we can unwind and de-condition that which isn't serving our highest selves.
