Wasatch County Library invites children and families to a special Halloween storytime and Costume Parade on October 27 and 28 at 10:30 a.m. Participants will meet at the library before walking together across the street to Spring Gardens to parade for residents. No candy will be distributed, just Halloween cheer and community kindness! Children are encouraged to wear their favorite costumes and share smiles and waves. Children who don’t have a costume are welcome to borrow dress-up clothing provided by the library.
