The former campground area north of Snowbasin Ski Resort is no longer developed, but the public can still camp in the area using non-motorized access only. Plan for walk-in or bicycle access, and camp away from the trail that passes through the site.

There is no longer a Maples campground north of the Snowbasin Ski Resort. All picnic tables, firerings and restrooms have been removed. The public may still camp in the area, but must camp away from the trail that goes through the site. All access is walk-ins/bicycles/horses only, no motor vehicles
